Main Activity

For over 25 years, the Sarkis-Lagunketa Group has been developing activities in the fields of consulting (real estate projects, viability plans), property promotion (social housing, available real estate, offices, pavilions, car parks) and property development in general (offices, car parks, pavilions, sewage water purification plants). It has a staff of 64 people.

Concept to Investigate

Investigate passive and active construction solutions for environmental architecture to incorporate them into social housing projects (VPO), taking into account existing local regulations and paying special attention to low-cost solutions.

Team to Collaborate with Artist

Multidisciplinary team comprising heads from project and production areas, especially the production manager (managing director of Lagunketa) and the technical director (roads, canals and ports engineer). Documentation to be provided includes existing local regulations, projects carried out by the Group and possible projects upon which the research is focused.
