Main Activity

Created in 2001, the Garaia Innovation Centre brings together suppliers of scientific knowledge (universities and research centres) and those demanding innovation (R&D units in companies) in a single area of 50 hectares in Mondragón. Its aim is to promote innovation by supporting cooperation and interrelationships between organisations, providing them with an infrastructure that strengthens the flow of knowledge and its final benefit.

Concept to Investigate

Investigate the possibility of new services to support Connection, Collaboration and Development (C&C&D) between the different target publics of the Garaia Innovation Centre (universities, technological centres, companies and society), thus allowing for daily contact and the exchange of ideas and knowledge between scientists in universities, research centres and R&D company units that are separate from their production units.

Team to Collaborate with Artists

Team comprising six people, including the Manager of Polo Garaia and members of the Executive Board (representatives from its promoters: Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa (MCC), Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, Sprilur and Arrasate Town Council).
