Ania Bas is a collaborative artist and developer of art projects. She uses different media: photography, site-specific performances, video, mobile phones. Ania is interested in process based work and explores theme of communication, sustainability and community. She often invites non-artists and artists to take part in creative processes that lead to creation of work. Ania enjoys blurring the edges of what art is and can be, and who produces it.
Current projects include a residency in business context with Vestas Blades UK, as part of Arts Council run INTERACT programme, curating Natural House Project, and a group residency at Galleri54 in Göteborg, Sweden as part of ‘Weekends at Galleri54’ programme.
